Turn Culture From A Conversation Into A Measurable Strategy
We help organizations develop the leaders already inside them —
and measure the impact.
LeadBeyond — Start With Clarity with the Culture
Health Scorecard.
THE PROBLEM
The Leadership Gap Is Costing You More Than You Think.
Every organization has them — high performers promoted because
they excelled at their job, then expected to lead without
preparation.
The result: teams that comply but don't commit. Culture that
drifts. Leaders quietly struggling.
This is not a talent problem. It is a leadership preparation
problem.
WHAT WE DO
Measure. Develop. Re-Measure. One continuous cycle.
① Measure → ② Develop → ③ Re-Measure
01 — Culture Health Scorecard™
Before any training begins, we measure what's actually happening
inside your organization — not through a survey, but through a
behavioral diagnostic that gives leadership a concrete picture of
culture health. You can't fix what you can't measure. Now you can.
02 — Leadership Training & Development
Based on the Scorecard results, we design and deliver workshops
and training programs customized to your organization's specific
leadership gaps — not generic content, but targeted development
that directly addresses what the data reveals.

BEYOND THE SCORECARD
Leadership Services
From culture diagnostics and leadership training to DISC workshops
and team experiences — everything your organization needs to
develop leaders from within.
Escape from Comfort
The memoir behind the mission. A raw, honest journey from survival
to significance — and the leadership lessons forged along the way.
Leadership Services — The Maxwell Leadership Team Culture Health
Scorecard™
The Maxwell Leadership Team Culture Health Scorecard™ gives
leaders a clear, data-driven picture of how culture is actually
showing up across the organization. It replaces assumptions with
evidence — so leadership teams can make strategic decisions with
confidence instead of guessing.
What It Does
-
Measures culture anonymously, across the whole organization
-
Surfaces alignment gaps, leadership friction, and execution
breakdowns
- Turns subjective conversations into objective insight
- Creates a clear starting point for strategic action
When To Use It
- Before launching a leadership or culture initiative
- When alignment feels off — but no one can name why
- When execution is inconsistent despite strong leadership
- When leaders want clarity before a major decision
Why Leaders Use It
Most culture conversations run on perception. The Culture Health
Scorecard™ provides visibility. Instead of guessing what's really
happening, leaders see where culture is supporting performance,
where it is quietly creating drag, and what deserves focus first.
Culture is already influencing performance — the only question is
whether leaders can see it clearly. The Culture Health Scorecard™
provides that clarity, creating a shared understanding that lets
your team move forward with confidence and intention.
The Scorecard is the starting point. Everything that follows is
the path forward.
Every service below — from DISC workshops to leadership training
to speaking engagements — can stand alone. But the most powerful
outcomes happen when the Culture Health Scorecard™ points the way.
Instead of guessing where to focus, your organization moves
forward with clarity, direction, and a measurable plan.
Leadership Training & Development
Development That Goes Where the Data Points. Every organization
has unique leadership challenges. The programs below address the
most common gaps revealed by the Culture Health Scorecard™ — and
can be delivered as standalone engagements or as part of a broader
development plan. Ten culture dimensions measured: Trust, Values,
Communication, Accountability, Support, Teamwork, Environment,
Ownership, Behavior, and Character.
Leadership Team Experience: A unique, interactive
experience built around the Leadership Game — a dynamic tool that
brings teams together through honest conversation, shared insight,
and genuine connection. Not a workshop. Not a lecture. An
experience that reveals how your team really thinks, communicates,
and leads — together.
DISC
You Already Have a Style. You Just Don't Know It Yet. Every leader
communicates, decides, and responds to pressure in a predictable
pattern. DISC reveals that pattern — not to put people in a box,
but to give them a mirror. Most people only see the surface. DISC
goes deeper.
-
Your Strengths: What you naturally do well —
and how to leverage it as a leader.
-
Your Blind Spots: What you cannot see about
yourself that everyone else already notices.
-
Your Triggers: How you respond to fear,
obstacles, and pressure — and what that costs you and your team.
-
Your Motivators: What drives you when no one is
watching — and what drains you when it is absent.
When a team understands its collective style, everything changes.
Communication improves. Conflict reduces. Performance accelerates.
DISC is not a personality test. It is a leadership tool.
Speaking
Where Ideas Meet Impact. Said Eshaghi brings the stage to life
with talks that are raw, honest, and impossible to forget. Drawing
from a life lived across three continents — from escaping Iran at
fifteen to leading research teams at world-class institutions —
Said speaks from experience, not theory. Whether addressing a
packed conference hall or an intimate leadership offsite, Said
delivers one thing consistently: a message that stays with the
audience long after they leave the room.
Signature Topics: The Leadership GAP — your best
people were promoted for what they know; this talk explores what
happens next. Two Kinds of People — a deceptively simple idea that
challenges every leader in the room to examine what is really
driving their decisions and their teams.
Said speaks at conferences, corporate events, leadership offsites,
and association gatherings. Available for keynotes, breakout
sessions, and half-day workshops.
Executive Coaching
For the Leader Who Has No Room for Error. Some challenges cannot
be solved in a workshop. They require a private space — one where
a senior leader can think out loud, work through complexity, and
develop the kind of presence that moves organizations forward.
Executive coaching is available on a one-on-one basis, when the
individual or the organization determines it is the right next
step.
Escape from Comfort — A Journey from Survival to Significance
"If you are good at doing something you don't love, imagine how
incredible you can be doing something you do love."
Escape from Comfort is the story of a fifteen-year-old boy who
crossed snow-covered mountains in the dark to flee a regime — and
never stopped moving forward.
It is the story of reinvention. Of false summits. Of a cancer
diagnosis that forced everything to stop. And of the clarity that
only comes when comfort is no longer an option.
But more than a story, it is a mirror. One that reflects back the
moments where we chose safety over significance — and shows what
becomes possible when we choose differently.
For leaders, executives, and anyone standing at a crossroads —
this book does not let you stay where you are. Available on
Amazon.
What Readers Say
Readers describe Escape from Comfort as inspiring, honest, and
thought-provoking — a powerful memoir about resilience, survival,
and the hard-earned wisdom that comes from facing failure and
learning how to overcome it. The book introduces the FAR Framework
(Focus, Awareness, Reflection) as a practical tool for intentional
growth.
About Said Eshaghi, PhD
Some people talk about transformation. Said Eshaghi has lived it —
more than once.
The Journey — From Survival to Significance
At fifteen, he fled Iran on foot — crossing snow-covered mountains
in the dark to escape the Islamic regime, leaving his parents
behind with no guarantee of return. He made it to Sweden with
nothing. No language. No network. No plan B. He rebuilt from zero.
Learned the language. Earned a PhD. Became a professor at some of
the world's leading research institutions across three continents.
Then came the false summit. The moment success felt hollow.
Obstacles he never imagined would find someone like him. And then
cancer. And in that stillness — clarity. Not what he had achieved.
But who he was meant to become.
The Purpose — The Gap Was Always Personal
Every mountain Said crossed — literally and figuratively — taught
him something about leadership. That courage is not the absence of
fear. That the people who follow you need to trust you before they
will move with you. That clarity of purpose is the only thing that
holds a team together when everything else feels uncertain. These
are not lessons from a textbook. They are lessons from a life.
After two decades in research and academia, Said recognized the
same pattern repeating itself across institutions and countries:
even the most brilliant scientists, engineers, and technical
experts were promoted into leadership — and then left to figure it
out alone. He had lived that transition himself. That is why he
founded LeadBeyond — to bridge the gap between technical
excellence and leadership effectiveness. Using a system that
measures first, develops second, and measures again. So
organizations stop guessing and start growing.
